Lacson voiced hopes over the weekend that small entrepreneurs will succeed in improving their lot in life - especially with the much-needed help from the government. Lacson, who is running for President under Partido Reporma, visited on Saturday the kangkong chips business of teen entrepreneur Josh Mojica in Mendez, Cavite, together with his vice presidential bet Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III and senatorial candidate Emmanuel Piñol.
